NICROD COMIMPEX S.R.L., as seller, with full corporate responsibility under penalty of confirm that we ready, wiling and sell product in the following terms and condition: Commodity: JET FUEL 54 Origin: RUSSIA Quantity : 10.000.000 barrels/per monthly Quantity : 120.000.000 barrels /per year Terms of Sale; the FOB Rotterdam Commodity: D2 Gas oil L – 0,2 – 62 (Diesel fuel D2); Origin : RUSSIA; Specifications : GOST 305 / 82; Quantity : 500.000 – 1.000.000MT/per monthly Quantity : 6.000.000 – 12.000.000MT/per year Loading port ; Russia Port Terms of Sale; CIF ASWP (Any Safe World Port),PROCEDURES 1.Seller F.C.O sends official e-mail; 2.Buyer sends (ICPO) and with full banking information (no soft probe), includes the NCNDA – IMFPA with all the parties involved. This demonstrates inclusion and acceptance of seller’s procedures (Signed & Sealed by Buyer). 3.Seller sends via e-mail draft contract and parties counter sign the contract. 4.Buyer and Seller lodge the final draft of the contracts in their respective Banks. 5. Buyer’s Bank shall issue: BCL (RWA- Ready Willing Able) via SWIFT MT799 message to the Seller’s Bank within three (3) international banking days of contract signing, and copy receipt to Seller. 6. Within three (3) international banking days upon receipt of banking instrument from Buyer’s Bank, Seller’s Bank shall transfer the FULL POP to Buyer’s Bank: 5.1. Tank Receipts and SGS. 5.2 Dip Test Authorization 5.3 Copy of the Export License 5.4 Copy of the Storage License 5.5 Copy of bank Swift POP confirmation for delivery. 5.6 Copy of the refinery Commitment to produce the product. 5.7 Copy of statement of availability of the product. 5.8 Charter party agreement. 7. Within three (3) international banking days Buyer shall carry out due diligence full POP confirm and send via SWIFT MT103-23 to Seller Bank as payment for the first batch quantity, and RDLC NON – Operative, for subsequent lifts
