INTRODUCTION:
First established as Ngai Mee Press Company in 1955 in Singapore, Ngai Mee Packaging Industries (S) Pte Ltd has grown to become one of the region's leading manufacturers and suppliers of flexible laminated plastic packaging material which are used for the packaging of food products and non-food commodities. Our group sells to both local and export markets, including the USA, Brazil, Russia, Philippines and Hong Kong

Today, the Ngai Mee Group has four manufacturing plants:

_ Vietnam (2 plants): located in Binh Duong Province (20km from Ho Chi Minh City) and Bac Ninh
Province (30km from Hanoi City):
Binh Duong, Vietnam:
Ngai Mee Packaging Industries (VN) Co. Ltd has 5 production lines consisting of 5 printing machine, 4 Extrusion lamination machine, 2 Dry lamination machine. The plant uses 70% capacity of Extruder and 45% capacity of Dry machine.
Bac Ninh, Vietnam:
NM Packaging (VN) Co. Ltd has 3 production lines consisting of 3 printing machine, 3 Extrusion lamination machine and 1 Dry lamination machine. The plant uses 70% capacity of Extruder and 60% capacity of Dry machine.

_ Malaysia: located in Senai Town, Johor State:
NM Packaging (M) Sdn Bhd has 4 production lines consisting of 4 printing machine, 4 Extrusion lamination machine and 2 Dry lamination machine. The plant uses 70% capacity of Extruder and 65% capacity of Dry machine.

_ Indonesia: located in Tangerang:
PT Tomypak Makmur has 4 production lines consisting of 4 printing machine, 4 Extrusion lamination machine and 2 Dry lamination machine. The plant uses 70% of capacity of Extruder
and 60% of Dry machine.

Ngai Mee Packaging Industries (VN) Co Ltd was established in Vietnam on 25 November 1996 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Ngai Mee Packaging Industries (S) Pte Ltd. The plant has a built-up area of 9,536 square meters on a 13,800 square meters land in Song Than 1 Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam. It is 1 kilometer from the 1A National Highway, 12 km from Saigon Seaport, 15 km from Tan Son Nhat International Airport and 20 km from Ho Chi Minh City, the commercial hub of Vietnam.

PRODUCTS:
Our products are suitable for packaging food and non-food products. Food products include snacks, instant noodles, seasoning powders, paste, oil, confectionaries and frozen food. Due to high barrier properties, our products are also ideal for packaging products with aroma such as coffee and tea.
Non-food products include shampoo, soap and wet tissues. Our products are delivered in roll form or bag form depending on our customers' orders.

RESOURCES:
We provide full spectrum of flexible packaging solutions, which include rotogravure printing, dry lamination, extrusion lamination, slitting and bag making. Machinery are mostly from Japan and Taiwan, which can handle multiple-color printing and multiple-layer lamination of flexible films such as OPP, PET, Nylon, Aluminum foil, PE, PP, CPP and metalized films. The production teams have the technical skill and years of experience to create the most challenging designs and material compositions.
Our laboratory is equipped with modern testing and analyzing equipment.

CUSTOMER:
Our export markets include the United States, Russia and Eastern Europe. We have established a loyal customer base, many of whom have had good business relationship with us for over a decade. Over 75% of the Group's turnover is from regular customers including Vina Acecook, Asiafoods, USA Maruchan, Viet Hung, Russia and Ukraine Mareven Foods, Orion, Kinh Do Confectionaries, Pepsico, Vietnam & Philippines Wrigley, Vietnam and Hong Kong Nissin Food.
