ABOUT US: Our Company is New Age Technology and Services, Inc (NATS)- NATS TRADING & FINANCING LLC is a subsidiary of New Age Technology and Services, Inc. NATS has its Headquarters are in New York City and its Operating Offices are in Brooklyn USA. The Company was created in 1990, but became incorporated in the State of New York in 1997. New Age Technology and Services, Inc (NATS) is mid-sized company that started in 1990. The Company was originally formed as a technology company to provide IT and Telecom products and services. In 2009, NATS branched off into commodities trading and BANK INTRUMENTS and FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS (Lease, Create) and partnered with large petroleum traders and other commodities traders and Investment Banks, in order to succeed in international derivatives trading operations. SERVICES: We are a global energy management group that has knowledge and experience in most segments of the oil within crude oil and refined product trading sector, within the secondary fuel market, working in the role of a reseller agent/mandate/representative/intermediary, through our existing relationships with all of the Major World Oil Companies and Major Resellers and Investment Banks. Our international derivatives trading operations works together with major or independent producers, national oil companies, commodity trading companies to provide our clients with a diverse range of crude oil supplies and refined products in the marketplace. We act as a Mandate, Direct Agent, and Broker to Buyers, Traders, Sellers and Suppliers for various commodities and Bank Instruments. Currently, we help Investors purchase Gold, Silver and Platinum and assist buyers in the purchase of D2 (1 Million MT), Jet Fuel (Jet A1) (1 Million BBL) and JP54 (Aviation Kerosene) (5 Million BBL), at FOB, especially at Rotterdam and most Major Chinese, on the Contractual basis. Currently, our pricing thresholds on D2 are at Gross NWE Platt -$30/ Net NWE Platt -$25 Net per Metric Ton (MT) and on Jet Fuel (Jet A1 and JP54 (Aviation Kerosene)) (at Gross NWE Platt -$11/ Net NWE Platt -$9 per Barrel (BBL). We also help Clients lease Bank Instruments such as SBCLs/BGs from Major Banks.
