New Africa Fashions International,in an effort to narrow the existing gap and build a lasting, secure trade and investment bridge between the developed world of fashion and Senegal,has put together a new concept and structure to facilitate the safe storage and distribution of foreign made products by manufacturers and trading firms on the Senegalese soil. The idea is to create a safe haven for foreign products to be brought to the Senegalese market-place for direct sale to consumers who would enjoy better access to a variety of foreign made products.

However, the inability of the majority of Africa's business community to access financial collateral or security required by local and foreign financiers to finance even the best and most lucrative of deals, is a barrier and stumbling block to the enhancement of business collaboration and trade expansion between the African and foreign business commuity. The request for traditional international trade financial instruments by foreign manufacturers and suppliers as a pre-condition for shippment of merchandise down to Africa, coupled with astronomical interest rates by African banks is the greatest barrier to accessing the great African consumer market. The new generation of African business people believe that A NEW TRUST AND CONFIDENCE could be developed with financiers and suppliers based on the viability and merit of the proposed business whilst putting in place precautionary measures against loss of investment.If the businesses, financiers and investors of the world outside Africa want to expand their horizons and be true development partners of Africa, they would have to develop new and innovative ways of dealing with Africa.

Hair pproducts are the most difficult items to introduce on the African market. This is because the natural behaviour of African women is to stick to what they know and no amount of marketing acrobatics would get them to venture a new product when introduced. It is also a fact that all hair products which have broken through the market, went through two years of intense promotion which included electronis and print media, posters, workshops and free distribution of products. The records till date remain a mystery that in one year, we successfully introduced and established TURA USA hair products on the Ghanaian and Nigerian markets. Today, the products attract more sales than Dark & Lovely hair products which at the time of TURA's market entry, was the market leader.

Our understanding of the Senegalese nation, it's markets, human and societal behavioural trends, puts us in a previledged position to create very innovative product introduction and promotion packages within the cultural, psycological and attitudinal under-pinnings of the society. We lay prime emphasis on product education for product appreciation.
