Incorporated in 1949, Needle Industries (India) Private Limited, is today a prime global source of hand sewing  needles, knitting pins and accessories, snap fasteners, hooks and eyes, safety pins, and other allied products. The company started with the manufacture of the simple, but precise, gramophone needle-which is still manufactured against special orders. As the company grew other products were added to the range.
