Company Description

Nationalpak Ltd. is a packaging manufacturer. We have been in this industry since 1978. We provide quality packaging for watches, jewelry, eyewear, pens and cosmetic compacts as well as watch winder cases and displays. We also produce top counter displays, in-case displays, trays and carry-on items. Our main office is located in Hong Kong. We have 4 production plants in China: -Our original plant is located in Sha Jin Town, Shenzhen, established in the 1980s. -The 41-acre production plant is located in Da Lin Shan District, Dongguan, established in 1996. -Our plant in Xin Tang Industrial District, Dongguan is responsible for our cosmetic compact division as well as our regular gift box production. -Our largest plant is located in Longnan County, Jiangxi Province, and is now in full production. This 110-acre land is currently 60% developed. With over 100 production lines, our current production capacity is over 150,000 pieces of packaging boxes per working day. Our factory is able to maintain 95% of the production flow in-house including our own creative design team with our professional artists to develop custom-made prototypes. As to our production lines, we are applying "JIT" systems, which allow us to produce products in a minimum time frame with the most effective output and the lowest defective rate, and this is how we maintain our good price to the market. In order to support and fully participate in the worldwide environmental protection campaign, we have achieved ISO 14000:2004 certification from Underwriters Laboratories of the USA since 2007. Additionally, we have continuously practiced ISO 9001:2000 quality management system since 1999. This proves our quality assurance and commitment to protect the environment are in a recognized international standard.
