The product is affective in all processes and with most moldable materials. Nano Mold Coating Benefits:Increased Productivity Reduced Cycle Times by increasing material flow Facilitate release for up to 300,000 shots per coating Eliminate part rejects due to streaking and dragging upon mold fill Apply to metal on metal parts like ejector pins Maintains dimensional integrity of molds Eliminate the need for aerosol release agents, and waxes.
