Nanjing NewLixon Electric CO., LTD, a key and major company affiliated to Shenzhen Changen Holdings Ltd, was set up in Nanjing, Yangtze delta, China. Main products of our company include adjustable and fixed thermostats (specialized in thermostats for electric iron, electric oven, warm air machine and hairdryer), circuit breaker, and hardware accessories for household electric appliances. These products, made from first-class imported raw materials (US bimetal thermal sensor) and with exquisite technique, enjoy a good reputation among the customers. Our production facilities are large in scale, encompassing four 1000 m2 standardized workshops, with an area inside the factory larger than 7500 m2. The workshops boast of spacious working environment, adequate air circulation and sufficient light. The mechanical equipments include: wire cutting machine, automatic punching machine, mill, grinder, driller, tapping machine, riveting machine, welder, converter, durability tester, etc. In all there are over 70 such machines and 6 standard assembly lines. A solid quality system has been established strictly in compliance with the ISO 9001 requirements for quality management system and has been working effectively, so as to control and guarantee the quality of products.Quality is vital to a company. The whole staff in our company has made joint efforts to improve the production technology and increase the production efficiency. At present the production capacity per month has reached 1.20 million PCS. The annual production is estimated to be up to 15 million PCS. And with a stable and high quality, the products have got CQC/TUV/CUL/UL certification and though then thousands' life span test.
