Nakpilsa Dokuma San. ve Tic. A.S. has been established in year 2000 after industrialist Nakiboglu familiy acquired the Pilsa facility from Sabanci Holding.Nakpilsa has been the biggest of Turkey in woven tarpaulins sector since the establishment day. Marketing and Sales activites in the following 5 years has constituted "Nakpilsa Tarpaulins" to become a brand with the strongest share in the market.In 2005 Nakpilsa has started production for export of technical textile products, agrotextile and geotextile fabrics, FIBCs and FIBC fabrics. Nakpilsa was bought in 2012 by Naksan Plastik ve Enerji San ve Tic A.S., the major company in Naksan Holding. Under a well etsablished body, structure, and system "Nakpilsa" continues as a brand of Naksan Plastik.Napilsa branded woven products are now manufactured in a completely new and modern plant with 105.000 m! closed area, and a total capacity of 400.000 m21 day, which is the biggest of Turkey and one of the biggest in the world.
