NAITO SHOJI CO., LTD. was founded in 1948, and is headquartered in Tokyo.
We are a specialized trading company dealing with a wide range of handicraft items, including products from famous domestic manufacturers and imports. As a comprehensive logistics company, we gather stocks of sufficient size, and deliver them to you as needed.
Moreover, we also plan and develop our own products, so we can make proposals to you to fit your needs.
Our main products are yarn and knitting tools, fabrics and materials used in sewing, embroidery/patchwork, beads, and other handicraft materials in general.
We also handle women's apparel products, etc., and the number of product types we handle amounts to more than 500,000.
We have also been promoting "Knit For Japan," a charity movement for the victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake. Within this program, we have created the world's largest blanket with a size of 476,78 Square meter, stitched together from 11,250 sheets of wool motif. This was registered recently in the Guinness book as a world record. In addition, we have re-sewn this into about 200 blankets, which were gratefully received as gifts by the victims.
