N/M INTERNATIONAL TRADING CO MANUFACTURES&EXPOTERS.N/M INTERNATIONAL TRADING CO is the parent company for its Brand 'Tandoors'. Mr. Mohsin javed developed the concept of Tandoors in 2000 when traveling overseas he realized that the taste of tandoori food overseas was different from Pakistan. A detailed study of the tandoori concepts and long discussions with well renowned chefs resulted in the development of N/M Tandoors. He came back to his native land 'Pakistan' and started developing 'Tandoor' clay oven for use in pakistani Restaurants abroad. It took him a year & a half to get deep down in the concept of moulding clay to perfection and insulating it for long life running.Being a successful sheet metal fabricator in specialized engineering products for the last one-decade it was not a very big challenge to make a practical, aesthetically good stainless steel body. Designing a baffle plate for gas operation Tandoors came after sample burners were imported from the United States & Europe and run on Natural Gas & Butane here in Pakistan to develop a perfect baffle plate ensuring correct delivery of the flame on the clay. This helped us to reduce the fuel consumption and also the burning of Nan's. Now roasting chicken or fish tikkas and making nans can be done perfectly without adjusting the baffle plate.Developing a fool proof insulation and packing system to ensure long life and break free delivery was a challenge but was accomplished very well.A state of the art CNC sheet metal processing plant and self supervision and designing enabled the product to be approved by the buyers.This all resulted in contacts with the pioneers of the hospitality industry and the mass production of Tandoors started in 1999.
