It had been founded in Miryang-City which is the headquarters of notable family, and it's fame has been well known all over the country. MYUNGSEDANG herb pharmacy had started about 100 years ago, and the founder was Mr.Chun-Bal Lee. At first, he had collected the medicinal herbs for sale and sometimes made up a prescription, then which was efficacious for people pained for appendicitis and pleurisy. He became famous little by little in the neighborhood. The name of "GOMBO YAKBANGGA" was started from a period of Mr. Sam-Chul Lee, who was the second generation of MYUNGSEDANG herb pharmacy. His face was pitted with smallpox. Later, the smallpox of his face was disappeared.Many people had understood as efficacy of a herb medicine about this phenomenon of his face. As the time passed, MYUNGSEDANG herb pharmacy was called as "GOMBO YAKBANGGA".The third successor of MYUNGSEDANG herb pharmacy is Mr.Yong-Ju Lee.Recently, he took office as the president of MYUNGSEDANG Co.,Ltd.
