Multimetals Limited was founded in 1962 as a joint venture with Revere Copper & Brass INC. USA to manufacture world class Copper & Copper Alloy tubes. Multimetals is the leading Indian Industry, manufacturing seamless extruded drawn Copper & Copper alloy tubes used in air conditioning & refrigeration (developed in technical collaboration with Hitachi Cable Limited, Japan) , thermal power plants oil refineries, sugar industries, defence, ship building & repairing, heat exchanger and condensers, and many other applications.
The acid test for product quality is its acceptability on the international front. Here too Multimetals has demonstrated most effectively its ability to cater to the overseas markets just as well as it does to the national market.
Multimetals has recognized the upheavals around the world as a big step towards globalization. And as a result, has set its sights on world markets. Multimetals achieved continuously 12 Export Excellence award since 1993-94
Multimetals established itself on the world quality system map by becoming an ISO 9002 enterprise in 1995.
