Amir of Mughal Foods is a graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Mumbai, India. He worked with the Sheraton Hotel in Mumbai for 2 years after which he started his own food business. He migrated to Western Australia in 1985. He established his business in Osborne Park in 1986, with the help of the department of employment and training. He started supplying to retail outlets and then came the Hotels, Restaurants and Caterers.In1990 Mughal Foods expanded and moved to bigger premises in Wangara. More products were introduced and Mughal Foods got a higher profile in the market place. Mughal Foods has created a niche for itself in the market and some of itâs products have no competition.
