MGI is a medium sized company with more than hundred years of experience in the manufacture of seamless drawn non-ferrous metal tubes. In order to have total control on quality from the beginning to the end, we have integrated into our production all necessary steps, from melting of raw material in different alloys up to finishing the tubes.
MGI is equipped for the manufacture of nearly any desired tube section from 1 mm outer diameter and 0. 1 mm wall thickness. We are able to provide tubes in straight lengths from 2 to 6 M, cut lengths from 3 mm and coils up to 40 kgs.
In our further processing department, the most enlarging part of our company, we can offer you some steps beyond the brass tube in fixed lengths. Such as bending, specialised sawing, flanging, expanding, polishing and many more.
Certified as per ISO 9001: 2000 we can guarantee a constant quality and precision of our tubes-characteristics which are highly appreciated by our customers. Our quality management enables us to meet the production specifications of all approved international standards.
We have developed an eccentricity-measuring device in co-operation with a renowned research lab, enabling us as the only supplier worldwide to determine the precise eccentricity of the tubes at both ends as well as over the full length. Therefore our products are unique with regard to dimensional accuracy and quality!
