Company Description

UAB �Metaloidas� is the first and only one tyre recycling company in the Baltic States. Currently, over 150 employees work in the company.The company was established back in 1998 in àiauliai.In August 2004, the company built and is currently operating a production facility for recycling of used tyres in a landed area located in Pakruojo St. 44, àiauliai A new site for the collection and storage of used tyres has been installed in the territory of the company conforming to the most modern requirements of the EU, where around 580 tones of tyres are stored.In October 2010, an absolutely new production line for the recycling of used tyres has been introduced. In 2011, over 30.000 tones of used tyres were recycled by the company. Subsidiaries of the company were established in Latvia, Estonia and Russian Federation. Having recycled 30.000 tones of used tyres, UAB �Metaloidas� produced over 12.000 tones of rubber granules and 40.000 m2 of rubber flooring. In 2012, UAB �Metaloidas� signed the financing and administration agreement for project �Encouragement to develop export of UAB �Metaloidas� in foreign markets�. Thanks to the EU support, the company has significantly increased the export volumes. JSC Metaloidas also works in scrap metal collection and processing field. Our company is looking for a reliable partners for buying a scrap metal from us. We are able to provide ~2000 mt per month.
