Memory Devices produces solid state memory storage products which can be categorised under DRAM memory modules and Flash memory storage products. Our range of high performance DRAM products come in specifications ranging from 144 to 240 pins with frequency ranging from 100 to 800 Mhz. The Flash memory storage products, including compact flash cards, multi-media card and USB flash drives, are available in various densities ranging from 128MB to 4Gb. These extremely durable products are not only small in size but high in reliability and storage capacity, coupled with the advantages of low power consumption and the capability to withstand high levels of shock, vibration and extreme temperature. In addition, our products are sold in various parts of the PRC under our own brands "M.Tec" and "gizMOS" via GOME, a home appliance and electronics retail chain store giant in the PRC.
