Melitian Finance Company offers low interest loans to qualified borrowers for either personal or business related financing. We give entrepreneurs the opportunity to flourish without the hardships of low or no cash flow. Repayment terms are flexible and affordable. We have a wide range of banks, development firms and personal financiers as our vendors. We offer Minimum $1,000,000.00 USD to upon approval no maximum.We require one-year financial statement and balance sheet. International passport along with written explanation for the use of funds. The borrower will be levied a one time non-refundable agency fee of $800.00 USD to cover regular administrative costs relating to the financing.The borrower will be levied a refundable $3,000.00 USD good faith deposit. The associated fees must be paid to us with submission of application, before we make reference to any of our numerous lenders/syndicators.The borrower shall remit a 12 % security deposit calculated flat on the principle amount of the loan payable after loan is approved but before funds are transferred to borrower. Deposit shall not be delivered or deducted from the loan advances. Estovl will issue borrower a bank guarantee for the 12% deposit. This deposit will sit in an interest bearing account where the client will receive interest payments monthly, semi-annually or yearly. Upon approval $3,000.00 USD good faith deposit will be put towards 12% deposit. If not approved $3,000.00 USD will be refundable.At minimum we will offer what you can afford. We accept offers from other lenders looking for competitive rates. Government organizations for project funding welcome.Due to regulations, at this time we cannot offer services to North America, Mexico or the Russian Federation.
