Medical Devices (Pvt) Ltd. was setup in 1991 as an independent company from its parent organization AG & Co. AG & Co was established in 1931, The head of the family, Mr. Muhammad Shafi (Late), began production of general surgical instruments in a small production facility under the name AG & Co in 1931. In the sixties, it was decided to shift the focus to developing specialized instruments; hence the production of Laryngoscope was initiated, which now form the backbone of our company. In the eighties, the production of Otoscopes to our esteemed range paved our way into a new era of advanced Diagnostic Instruments. In 1991, a new company was formed to concentrate solely on the development and production of Laryngoscopes and diagnostic instruments. This company, Medical Devices (Pvt) Ltd. Was later incorporated in 1993.MEDICAL DEVICES (PVT) LTD. is proudly the most sought after name in the field of Anesthesia & Medical Diagnostic instruments. Since its birth, the chief aim of our company has been to utilize all its energies, manpower and technology towards developing superior quality instruments with special emphasis on them being technically precise as well as user friendly. In order to serve the interest and meet the requirement of our customers, we endeavor to the best of our abilities to improve our existing line and also introduce new products.Medical Devices is located 10 km outside the city of Sialkot, which has been a major manufacturing center for surgical and medical instruments since the independence of Pakistan, 60 years ago. We specialize in the production of Anesthesia products, (Laryngoscopes) and Diagnostic instruments. From our base in Pakistan, we are serving people in the Medical profession in virtually every country through our well established dealer�s network. We are also supplying products to various Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) in strategic parts of the globe, who are covering a vast territory through their sale network. Medical Devices has grown from a small scale company since its establishment in 1991 to a medium scale company. This has been achieved due to the presence of a skilled and motivated group of people who, through their utmost dedication, have helped produce premium quality products.Medical Devices has four production units; Where Unit No.1 is for manufacturing of Otoscopes & Diagnostic instruments, Unit No.2 is for manufacturing of Laryngoscopes, Unit No.3 is for manufacturing of Surgical Instruments & Unit No.4 is for manufacturing of Disposable Instruments, The Company has single shift production and has about 450 employees.
