We are a group of young and dynamic engineers and professionals who are dedicated to perform various engineering consultancy and coordination activities with Government Departments, Public Sector Undertakings, State Power Activities and Multi-National Companies, to ensure quality output in time bound programmes. We also have with us retired professionals with long and rich experience in the government departments/ public sectors undertakings. MTC is a fast emerging, multi-disciplinary consultancy organisation in the field of power projects, railway signaling, infrastructure and related technologies and communications systems. We provide a wide array of services under a single window for transfer of comprehensive data bank to client organizations that provides a competitive edge, and contribute to the development and continued prosperity of their business, by delivering technical consulting services in the field of quality, safety, environment and information systems. MTC provides diversified solutions according to the needs of small and medium-sized firms, large international groups or government bodies. In case of distribution of power we are catering to surveys, project reports preparation, bill of quantities, tender specification and its evaluations, recommendations, drafts orders and formulation of monitoring system. We also carryout the post-order activities like designing, engineering, material procurement processing, including quality assurance and inspection (QA and I), on behalf of main contractor. In order to provide these services we have our branches in almost all metros of India with headquarter in Lucknow. We assume that our team of graduate engineers with an average practical experience of more than 15 years in the fields of QA and I, and designing, shall take care of inspections according to agreed manufacturing quality plans (MQPs) followed with relevant Indian and other international standards. THIRD PARTY INSPECTION ON BEHALF OF MAIN CONTRACTOR It is observed that the utilities like NTPC, NHPC, PGCIL etc envisage quality support in terms of various quality aspects, xxxxx, quality plan finalization, vendor development, inspection at vendors premises, quality at erection, deviation disposal, documentation etc. There is also a pressing need to provide perfect interface and timing between main contractors, utilities, sub vendors and site for effective coordination on quality issues. This causes delays in execution of projects results in short cuts in terms of quality aspects. We can provide active support in providing a complementary support to the utilities and also to the main contractors/ sub vendors through our highly qualified and experienced engineers, spread across length and breadth of the country. These engineers have worked in quality areas in similar utilities. We can undertake following quality related activities:  Quality and field quality plan finalization  Sub vendor assessment and development  Inspection on behalf of main contractor  Assistance in deviation disposal  Supervision in site quality  Documentation  Coordination between all partners  Mapping and field survey  Feasibility studies  System planning and design  System specifications  Detailed engineering  Project planning and scheduling  Tender documentation  Bid invitation and evaluation  Construction management  Third party quality audit of electrical works  Maintenance methodology  Warranty maintenance services  Services covered under quality assurance and inspection (Q and I) include the following: o Quality system Audits o Review of Quality Assurance Programmes o Quality plans Finalization o Vendor Assessment and Rating o Works Inspection o Field Quality Audit/ Surveillance The sub vendors proposed by the bidders for such identified bought out items/out sourced processes are tied up at the time of post bid discussions. Such mutually agreed list then forms a part of Letter of Award placed on the selected bidder and is required to be followed for the execution of the particular project package. The focus, for example, is on moving on from the existence of policies and standards that reinforce the non-technical elements of inspection and assessment to their application within companies.
