Company Description

MEDEL Electronic Company, which is established in 1994, provides more than 400.000 products, that are manufactured in Istanbul institution to around the world with its marketing and sale network in the Turkey, Asia, Arabic Countries, and Balkans. MEDEL Electronic fabricates requested electronic measurements, and control cards in its 4000 meter square operation field such as AC Motor Vector Speed Control, DC Motor Speed Control, Railway Applications, Shipyard Applications, Edge Control, Tension Control, Registration Control, and Automation and Automation applications with its 20 engineers, 70 technicians, 105 as a total amount of employees and also with its 25 years experience it operates in industrial automation applications.

Projects for Railway Applications has been done in our premises since 1999. Operations for TUVASAS (Adapazari), TCDD (Ankara, Haydarpasa-Istanbul), TULOMSAS (Eskisehir) are Battery Charge Units, High Frequency Battery Charge, Power Supplier Unit (EBU, Static Converters), UIC EBU Multiple Voltage Converter, Electrical Series Auxiliary Inverter, Climate Control Unit, E72-220 Inverter, D72-24 Converter, Vacuum Toilet, Clean and Sewage Tanks Automation, Automatic Door Revision, Passanger Anas System, Passanger Informing Automation products that are projected and engaged by Medel Elektronic. These products are to be used in all Rolling stocks in our country.

The entire work of Research and Development (R&D), assembling, and test applications are done in Istanbul, in Ikitelli institution with 7/24 hour customer service.

The only purpose of MEDEL since its establishment is to use the latest technology in order to manufacture world quality devices, and provide unconditional customer satisfaction.In this way, MEDEL always improves its products by developing R&D operations. Some of the R&D operations last 10 years are as follows:

For railways converters and battery charge units operations have been started (R&D operations) at the end of 1999.
Converters and battery charge units that is design for railways have been turned to serial production at the end of 2001 (Medel is the first company who manufactured this type of product in Turkey).
AC motor closed cycle (with encoder) vector speed control inverter project has been done at the end of 2004. (This is the first local closed cycle vector motor control device).
Register control device desing and R&D operation specially in packing sector object to printing machines such as tifdruk, flexo, liminasyo have been started in 2006.
Camera Control System project has been finished in 2007. (This system is to be used to check the quality control system in tifdruk, flexo, and printing machines.)
AC motor closed cycle (with encoder) vector speed control device is to be developed as an installation, hardware, and mechanic and turned to serial production under the name of TAY SERIES in 2007.
The project of Multiple Voltage Converter for Railways has been finished and prototype tested by TCDD in 2008.
Edge Control and Tension Control devices, which are firstly to be manufactured as a local product by MEDEL, turned to serial production with their ease of use, performances, new looking, and designs in 2009.
The project of AC open cycle (without encoder) vector speed control device is to be certificated by Tubitak and has successfully been finished at the end of 2009. (This is the first local open cycle vector motor control device.)
380 V-50 Hz / 440 V -60 Hz 1.4 MW Converter project, which are used as a supplier of ship at shipyards, is to be produced and engaged in 2009.
Multiple Voltage Converter, which is to be tested in different countries with varies working conditions for 2 years by TCDD, is to be started serial production in 2010.
Register Control Project has been finished, and is to be started serial production in 2010.
Servo motor control project operationshave been started in 2010.
