Our new multi-threat ballistic systems MARS Armor, being result of 15-years research and experience, integrate flexible protection from high piercing steel jacketed 7, 62x25 TT bullet, high level of stab protection and ballistic limit V50 of 680 m / s according STANAG 2920. The result of the development is a ballistic vest which, in one embodiment, is reasonably thin and light in weight, highly flexible and comfortable, and designed to provide low backface deformation and high performance resistance to both ballistic and stab penetration.
MARS Armor is a modern private company. CAD (computer-aided design) and CAM (computer aided manufacturing) processes are widely used in MARS Armor production. The design process begins with a hand-drawn or computer-drawn sketch so the customer can visualize the final item. Each design drawn into the CAD system is in the master size and then graded to accommodate larger and smaller sizes. Once the ballistic fabric is fed into the cutting machine, the cutting can be performed smoothly and trouble-free, regardless of the feeding conditions.
