Company Description

We would like to introduce our self as an ISO certified company having a high precision tool room, manufacturing high precision engineering items for different type of industries; we specialize in making high precision engineering parts for textile industries, food industry, and automobile industry. We are mainly manufacturing import substitute items for imported machinery in the above said fields.

Our workshop is equipped with a state-of-the-art facility that comprises CNC Lathe, EDM Wire-cut & Sinking Machine, 4 Axis CNC Milling Machine, 5 Axis CNC Machine, Honing Machine, Precision Cylindrical Grinder, Very High Speed Grinding & Milling Spindles, Jig Boring, Tool Presetter, Central Hole Grinding Machine, Jig Grinder Attachment, etc.

A modern and versatile Heat Treatment Furnace with fluidized heating media has also been installed for carrying out different heat treatments and surface treatments for prototypes and tooling components.

It is an ideal place for product development as the manufacturing facilities are adequately supported by design, metrology, foundry & heat treatment facilities.

Some of our products are precision assemblies, cams, gears, nozzles, sheet metal parts, forges machined parts. We have the facilities with high precision machinery that is CNC turning centre, wire cut machine, EDM machine and heat treatment facility with cryogenic process of steel.

We are having facilities for CMM inspection and reverse engineering. We are also manufacturing precision moulds, dies, die casting dies, inspection fixtures, jigs & fixtures; we look forward for your enquiry for precision items for any type of industry. Some of our clients are M/s JCT limited, M/s Malwa cotton and Spinning mills. Ltd. etc.
