Our company deals in finished leather as we are manufacturing Barton, Upholstery, suede, full grain etc.and in finished goods we deal in shoe uppers (safety and fancy both), leather bags and leather belts.
The manufacturing capacity is daily 1000 hides.The tanneries are located at Jajmau, Kanpur. Some articles are made in other tanneries on job basis. This provide flexible capacity management.This system based on variable cost of production rather on fixed cost.
