Luoyang Cerapar Ceramics Technology Co., Ltd is located in the Airport Industrial Zone, Luoyang, Henan, adjacent to the Luoyang Airport, which occupies an area of 50000 square meter, mainly engaged in R&D, production and sales of oil fracturing proppant, refractory materials and industrial ceramics. We have passed the authentication of ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System.

Relying on the unique culture, resources and talent advantages of Luoyang, we have cooperated with China University of Petroleum, University of Science & Technology Beijing, Henan University of Science & Technology, and set up a research team formed by professors, doctors and experts. According to the difference of the adopted raw materials, we have developed the affiliated sintering technology. We owns complete set of experimentation and testing equipment of proppants in conformity with National Standard, equipped with a professional quality inspection team with strong sense of responsibility that ensure 100% qualification rate.

We adopt the full-automatic batching system and advanced high-speed mixing equipment ensuring the accuracy and uniformity of ingredients, adopt regularly automatic feeding and spray watering ensuring the homogeneity and degree of finish of semi-finished products, adopt the prebaking sieving technology further reducing the burr, adopt the advanced sintering technology and timely temperature monitoring system ensuring the length of sintering zone and accuracy of temperature so that the ceramsite will have a sufficient reaction and sintering at the appropriate temperature.

We mainly supply high strength fracturing proppants in full range, including 52Mpa (16-20mesh, 30-50mesh), 69Mpa (20-40mesh, 16-30mesh), 86Mpa (40-60mesh, 40-70mesh) and etc. The annual capacity can reach over 200,000 tons. Our products are widely used in Daqing Oilfield, Shengli Oilfield, Dagang Oilfield, and Changqing Oilfield etc, and being exported to America, Canada, Russia, South Africa and other overseas countries.
