Our plant is engaged in cardboard package and advertisement polygraph(postersand POS-materials) manufacturing. We have at our disposal up-to-date polygraph equipment(somemachines are unique in the whole CIS-countries), allowing us to print, varnish, die cut, foil stamp, fold, emboss, windows glue, laminate, namely:
-KBA-Rapida 162(6colors + water-based-lacque + UV-lacque);
-Bobst 1600-ER;
-Bobst 1120-E;
-Gietz 870 EFF;
-Stock 123/1250P laminator;
-Heiber + Schroeder WPS 1100 - 2;
-MEDIA 100-11 A-1 and MEDIA 100-11 A-2.
-CTP Basys Print unit, press 'Easypress 165', closed cycle magnesium forms making of 'Stoma' company, high-tech engraving machine MECA numeric(theonly in Ukraine), high accurate milling system Gerber Profile and equipment Easy Bender for rulers' preparation.
Besides:
'LUNAPACK' possesses a high-technological software, in particular ArtPro program(theproduct of 'Art Work Systems' company) and RIP Nexus. All the climate-control's demands are kept within the factory's territory(SIATsystems, France). All the materials, used for production have the quality certificate of ISO.
