Lignocell Private Limited is the pioneer in the manufacture and export of quality Coir Pith (CFP) in Sri Lanka. Company was incorporated in August 1990, with an initial capacity of 2400 MT of Coir Pith bricks. Today its capacity is in excess of 25, 000 MT with an expanded product range of bricks, blocks bales, discs, grow bags and tablets. We were the first processor and exporter of Coir Pith to receive ISO 9001-2000 quality system certification from Sri Lanka Standards Institution and be accredited by the Dutch council for accreditation.
