Liaocheng Huarui Electric Co. Ltd is located in Fenghuang Industry Zone in Liaocheng Shandong province, which is known as Water City of northern China with its beautiful surroundings and convenient traffic services. Our company has a long history and excellent technic. Established in 1996,it is the oldest complete set electric equipment manufacturer in Shandong Province. Merged by Liaocheng Switchgear Factory and Electric Power Line Equipments & Materials Factory of Huachang Electric Power Industry Corporation in October 2002, Huarui Electric is now a diversified joint-stock company with registered capital 110 million RMB, annual output value over 670 million RMB and revenues over 57 million RMB.
There are more than 300 employees in the company, including 100-plus managers, engineering technicians, and key production technicians. With total infrastructure investment of over 300 million RMB, the company covers an area of 260000 square meters, including industrial plants of 169000 square meters which has been in well operation. The company is well-equiped with advanced CNC manufacturing and testing machineries. Office automation system, CAD and CAM technology are adopted for business handling, electrical design and mold design, so each section of the company functions effectively focusing on quality improvement, and they can meet clients' needs in the fastest and the best way.

The business scope includes development, design, manufacturing, installing and other related services of high & low voltage switchgear equipment, electric power lines and materials, transmission tower within 550KV, transmission and communication cables, carbon cable protective products, box substation and so on. The company is a professional manufacturer of complete sets of electric switchgear and supporting facilities for power plants, substations, petroleum and chemical companies, railways, city grids, large building projects and so on.
Since its inception, the company has been running in strict accordance with the ISO9000 quality system standard for production operation and management. As far back as 1998 it took the leading in this industry field in passing the quality system attestation of AOQC,then it passed ISO9001: 2000 renewal attestation of CQC (China Quality Certification), and got product certification of CCC(China Compulsory Certification) in the second half of 2003.
