Limited Partnership for a championship golf course and club house combined with 48 villas(2-key unit) within a 500 acre development on a great beach, access to a wide bay(potential for harbouring cruise ships. Prominent water frontage for a Phased Project which will ultimately encompass a 1,000 unit low-rise hotel compound,400 villas, marina, international galleria, spa/wellness, nature trails, garden of minds, etc.
Development substantially funded via Canadian Pension Funds and private money managers.
Structure modules will be built in Canada and assembled in Cuba, giving us optimum control of price, quality and time.
Our client will consider, for the time being, a possibility for a few separate and disctinctive boutique hotels.
The project has attracted significant interest from certain airlines looking to offer a four/five star package of beach, golf, sailing, in a secluded area, ideal for attracting a sophisticated clientele.
As soon as the US embargo is lifted, all authoritative tourism analysts whom we have sourced, expect that several million Americans will visit the Island on a yearly basis. There will be a shortage of decent rooms when the inevitable transition occurs. When everybody is waiting to buy, it is the best sign to get involved, before.
Reliable sources believe the embargo will be lifted or modified within 2-3 years.
Phase One(championship golf course, club house and 48 villas) should start this Fall. Total cost: $11 million US(Partnership presently available with first right of refusal for additional phases)
Phase Two is projected to take 10 to 12 months and will include 240 ocean-view hotel rooms(as suggested via interviews with Charter Airlines and Travel Wholesalers), a $18 million US construction cost.
The Limited Partnership will be incorporated in the Bahamas via a Chartered Canadian Bank. Funds will be disbursed directly into the Project, according to the Approved Construction Schedule.
Each Unit of $50,000. US. Will provide a golf membership(no minimum annual fees), access to beach and marina, discount at the club house, discount + priority for tee-off, invitation to gala events, two weeks per year in a villa, discount for additional reservation, preference shares opportunity in the event of any project related to a public issue.
Plans/desings of villas, hotels, golf, engineering layout, overall development, already approved by the Cuban Authorities and available upon request.
For the time being, we will accept bona fide Letter of Intent from Interested Parties, with documentation verifying the availability of the funds.
