Production Equipment
The company's annul capacity has reached 60000 tons in reduced iron powder and 40000 tons water atomized iron powder. The company has one set of 168 meters tunnel klin, two sets of 176 meters tunnel klin, one set of EBT 15T electric arc furnace, one set of LF 20T refining furnace, one set of 400kg/min atomizer and 15 set of steel belt reduction furnace with auxiliary equipment.

Technical Equipment
The main test equipment are infrared carbon sulfur analyzer, direct reading spectrometer, atomic absorption spectrophotometer, stereo microscope, hydrogen loss tester, universal material testing machine, impact testing machine, hardness testing machine etc. Company production and technical equipment configuration has reached the global advanced level.

Research and Development
The company has established Provincial Metallurgy Engineering Technology Research Center, which is evaluated as the key laboratory of powder metallurgy in Shandong Province. The company co-operates closely with famous colleges and universities, research institutes.
The company completed two projects of the national high technology research and development program (also called national 863 Program), and one project of National Science and Technology Support Plan. Among them, "The scale of production technology of high performance water atomized powder material used for car" project won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, and the first Prize of Shandong Province Science and Technology Award.
