Kunshan Elite Instruments co., Ltd., established in the year of 2010, manufacturer for Instrumentation products Pressure gauges, Temperature gauges, Diaphragm seals, Thermo wells, RTD thermos couples, Valves, Manifolds and related accessories.
We have state of Art equipment to make sure products are made with more closer process tolerances
We are currently exporting to 25 countries and last year our Export sales were 5million USD, and with customer base of 35.
Our employee strength is 85people,
Our Manufacturing area is 3000SQ meter area.
I would like stress few points which separates us from regular Chinese and Indian manufacturers.
1. We are the only company offer helium leak testing for the wetted parts for all stainless steel internals internals.
2. We can provide burst pressures of all the ranges of pressure gauges up to 600bar, with video evidence, we have in-house testing facility which we can test them.
3. We can do the cycle testing for the products till 3000bar pressures in house
4. All stainless products are welded by certified welders from TUV NORD, for WPS, WQR.
5. We can provide 24hrs pressure hold test reports for the all the pressure ranges till 3000bar and also extended periods.
6. All the calibration reports can be traceable to NIST USA,
7. We have in-house testing facilities for the laser welding for the diaphragm seals and helium leak testing equipment.
8. We have in house testing facility enclosure leak testing at 0.6kg pressure to make sure no leakages for internal fluids.
9. All the threads are as per the standards of ANSI and also have tools like ring and plug gauges.
10. The product packaging is one of strong advantage with more vibration proof materials.
