Koluman Holding A.S.  was founded in 1965 as a representative and import company of Mercedes-Benzin Turkey and has a wide range of activities today, including marketing, sales and production of commercial and industrial motor vehicles.    For more than 35 years Koluman is the biggest Mercedes - Benz dealer in Turkey. As a shareholder of Mercedes - Benz Turk A.Ş. since 1984 Koluman played an important role in the automotive sector during the re-establishment of  Mercedes Benz products in Turkey.Today, Koluman Group companies are organized under Koluman Holding. The companies include Koluman Motorlu Aralar A.Ş., an authorised nationwide Mercedes- Benz dealership, Koluman Otomotiv Endstri A.Ş.( located in Tarsus/Mersin/Turkey ) a trailer/ superstrcture manufacturer, Hama Otomotiv A.Ş. a commercial vehicles rental company, Koluman Construction for the groups own commercial building investments and Koluman Insurance for insurance brokerage services.    Koluman Otomotiv Endustrisi A.S. (Automotive Industry Inc.) (KOE) was founded in 1999 and equipped to ensure high quality manufacturing standards. The company has been certified by the worlds largest manufacturer of commercial vehicles  Daimler AG of Stuttgart  since 2008 and bases its production entirely to the standards of the German automotive industry.
