1.         The name of the company is KLASSITO GLOBAL ENTERPRISES LTD. 2.         The registered office of the company is situate in Nigeria. 3.         The objects for which the company is established are: (a)       To carry on the business of exporters, importers, dealers and suppliers of agricultural, natural and mineral resources, and to carry on the business of property development, road transportation and haulage, manufacturers representatives in any trade or business and to promote and finance such trades or businesses, to deal either as principal or on commission basis.  (b)       To carry on the business of general merchants, general trading and commerce,  exportation and marketing of gold, silver, ore, precious metals and goods generally to clients all over the world.   (c)       To engage in the business of oil servicing, petroleum and pipeline products and allied services, sale and distributorship of all kinds of food and beverages, cosmetics, hotel and tourism, communications/media related services. (d)       To establish and acquire and carry on offices, trading outlets, supermarkets, departmental stores, for the sale of all kinds of products whether wholesale or retail and whether as manufacturers or distributors of general goods and as proprietors of supermarkets and departmental stores of all description.  (e)       To do all such other things as may be considered to be incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any of them.4.         The Company is a Private Company.
