Naeb Ali Keshtkaran, founder of Starch industry in Iran, launched the first wheat starch factory in Shiraz in 1942. Following that, the ongoing equipment upgrades, factory expansion and production advancements brought by his offsprings, led to the establishment of today's Khoosheh Fars industry group.in 1977, Khoosheh Fars Factory was established with wheat starch annual production capacity of 314 tones. The continuous presence in market with its increasing demand encouraged the group to gradually take steps in advancing the quantity and quality of the products.in 1993 with intuition of the management and cooperation of other active individuals in starch industry, the largest production unit of starch and gluten in Iran, Fars Glucosine, was founded. Continuous increase in demand for modified starch and lack of its production know-how in the region motivated the management to establish yet another starch production factory, Pars Khoosheh Pardaz, this time with focus on modified starch and it's products.Pars Khoosheh Pardaz, for the first time in the region, brought the knowledge and technology of producing modified starch.Today Khoosheh Fars Industrial Group consists of following production units :1) Khoosheh Fars2) Fars Glucosin3) Pars Khoosheh Pardaz
