Dear Sir / MadamI hope you are having a great day.I am writing this letter from a distant country of Mongolia with aims to mutually discuss opportunities on exploiting sea-buckthorn business. Since its first establishment in 2004, our company “KH Trade” LLC has been successfully operating in 0foreign trade, construction, and expanded its activities while partnering with “Microciti Foods” LLC in 2010 to cooperate in crop field sector. In 2012 our company has taken ownership of healthy, fertile soil 50 hectare land located 90 km from the centre of capital city Ulaanbaatar, built fences, set up power points on the site, positioned 70 m fresh water deep-well and installed new smart irrigation system, and by creating professional team of staff we have cultivated healthy and natural wild sea-buckthorn soil and working to harvest the first phase of our pledges in the autumn of 2015.As a first stage, we have cultivated sea-buckthorn in 12 hectare area, blackcurrants in 1 hectare area, and prospect to harvest 20 tons of wild sea-buckthorn fruit. In the coming years with the growth of sea-buckthorn tree, yields will increase and buckthorn and gooseberry fruit cultivation are proposed to be increased.Moreover, our company has obtained special permits in 2014 to make primary and full processing for sea-buckthorn and other fruits, and commenced the construction of processing plant in Ulaanbaatar city with 40% completion. Hence, our company kindly proposes to supply natural fresh fruits planted on healthy soil without additional fertilizers and other chemicals processed through primary and secondary steps.
