It all started with visionary Mr. K. Padmanabha way back in 1980. Mr. K Padmanabha with a decade of experience in manufacturing and inspired by his father started Kaveri Enterprises. Today Kaveri has most of the machines imported and 80% of the tools used are also imported. With having a track record of manufacturing the plastics components with highest degree of accuracy with a in house tool room facility, today Kaveri has more than 25 satisfied customer bases. Also our repeated customer base stands tall to prove the satisfaction level. The future plans are very well planned to serve global market.

Products and Services - Features

We take Job Work & Manufacturing of Finished / Semi finished plastic Components according to the specification given by customer. Following components have been successfully developed e.g., Integrated Chip (IC) Computer Chord Connector Insert, Drippers, and Sprinklers for irrigation equipment, Plastic Protective, Fuse Holders, Automobile Components. We provide the above services to a range of industries, such as pump, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic, transport, pharmaceutical, lubricants, & Sanitary fittings.

Materials processed:

We process complete range of Thermoplastic materials such as Polycarbonate, Noryl, Nylon, Polyester, DELRIN, ABS, Polyurethane, Polypropylene, Polystyrene, Soft PVC & Reinforced Polyvinyl chloride, Reprocessed Raw Material & their glass filled with flame retardant variations as per the requirement of the customer.

1.Depending upon the types of product developed, KE has identified the facilities and manpower. Subsequently these are upgraded from time to time commensurate with the changing requirements focusing to fulfill the Customer needs.
2.The management ensures that the adequate Resources are provided to Implement & improve the process of QMS and enhance Customer Satisfaction.

KE recruitment policy is to engage the staff that are qualified to execute the Process efficiently, have adequate Experience, with right educational background-relevant to the products being developed to fulfill the Customer Requirements. Skilled manpower with appropriate education, training, skills and experience is being provided. We have a well-trained work force as indicated below.
