Kangbei Petroleum Engineering & Equipment Co., Ltd. of Shengli Oilfield is located in the central part of “Oil City”—Dongying. Kangbei is comprised of four principle business divisions：Manufacture of Sand Filter Pipe and Completion Tools, Downhole Operation, Technical Service and Workover Operation. The company has three production bases in Shandong China.   Kangbei currently has one R&D Centre which has collaborated with Chinese University of Petroleum, Shengli Oilfield Drilling Technology Research Institute and Shengli Oilfield Petroleum Engineering Research Institute to research on Heavy Oil HPHT 3-D Physical Simulation for data acquisition.
