Juzhou Group Co., Ltd. is located in Rizhao, the coastal port city, which is a high-tech manufacturing industry combining the research, development, production, marketing and service. We mainly provide various kinds of steel castings, nodular iron castings, castings of wear-resistant metal materials and mechanical processing service. We cover an area of 360,000 square meters with more than 320 employees, among whom the middle and senior professional and technical personnel account for 97. We are the member company of China Association of Environmental Protection Industry and China Foundry Association. We have also been rated the key backbone enterprises in Rizhao.
Our company is well-equipped not only with our owned power plant but with the production, research and development center of casting, heat treatment and machining. We boast the annual casting and manufacturing capacity of 1000,000 tons and the maximum weight of a single piece of up to 6 tons. Our company has more than2,800 sets of various production equipment, such as the intermediate-frequency electric induction furnace, complete set of full auto-molding production line, IMF core making equipment production line, catenary shot-blasting machine, large press machine, CNC machining center and linear cutting machine. We adopt the newly modified molding process of sodium silicate ester hardening, clay sand and tidal membrane sand, realizing the automatic batching, automatic sand mixing, manipulator core setting, infrared long-range control and recycling and repeated use of sand treatment. In the premise of maintaining the existing production capacity, our company aims to focus on the high-end precision casting projects in the future, with the construction in planning of the arc furnace of 30 tons and steel-ladled Lf fining furnace of 40 tons. We have recently introduced the V-method molding production line with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons and the lost foam casting production line with an annual capacity of 20,000. At present, the planning and design of the project has been completed. The construction of some factory building has already started.

As far as the hardware is concerned, our company introduces a batch of advanced testing equipment, like the FSQ direct-reading wavelength spectrometer of German spectra, STINGER III series of tree-dimensional flexible measurement system of American CimCore, metallurgical microscope analysis system of German Leica, high-frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer, universal testing machine and sclerometer. As for the software, our company introduces CASTSoft computer simulation casting tech, implements the comprehensive quality control management and establishes the complete quality assurance system and strict management system. We have passed the ISO9001:2000, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and ISO/TS16949.
Our leading products are more than 500 kinds of different specifications, which belong to three series, including ordinary steel castings, castings of heat-resistant and wear-resistant metal materials, and nodular iron castings. Our products are widely used in electricity, metallurgy, building materials, chemical engineering, railway, engineering machinery, mining machinery, agricultural machinery, automobile, military project, shipping and so on. Products are mainly exported to more than 20 countries and regions, including the US, Canada, Britain, Germany, Russia, Japan, Korea, India and domestic market, China Heavy Truck Group, Weichai Power, Shandong Lingong.
