TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN SHIPMENT: TANKER TO TANKER, BASESWe are able and willing to ship 2 million barrels of crude oil per month, provided that the buyer(s) will arrange with their Bank to give any of the following to seller’s bank.1.Letter of credit (L/C) though inoperative, as to receive 2% performance bond (PB) of the total value of the quantity of oil for shipment.2.OR Arrange with Their Bank(s) to write to seller’s Bank, That Buyer(s) is capable of paying any amount for the shipment to be made.As soon as any of the above demands is met, seller on his part will send MOU and any other possible document on demand by buyer(s).We are also capable and willing to sign agreement for 2-24 million barrels of crude oil per month.Any interested Buyer(s) should write application to THE CONSULTANT,U-JECKLING ASSOCIATES LTD, ABA, ABIA STATE, NIGERIA.
