In 2012 Cheng Seng Group has founded a new company- Jie Da Enterprise to further expend into the Fashion Industry. Jie Da Enterprise launched "BELLUCY"- a female fashion brand; which has created a huge hype in department store and online channels. BELLUCY has officially expended to Singapore market in 2014.
