We Haitai is specialize in produce cast qualitative carbon steel, low alloy steel and iron products. Covering more than 99,800m2.1.Cement machinery: support roller, kiln tyre, half gear, bearing housing and so on. 2.Petroleum machinery: shell, head cover, cylinder cover.3.Steel rolling machinery: mill housing4.Marine casting: upper and lower rudder carrier, rudder horn, stern boss5.Wind power generation machinery: rotor and fixed axis and so on. At present, our annual production capacity is 50,000 tons and max. unit weight can be reach 150tons with the sodium silicate sand and CO2 hardening technology. The major equipment including one advanced 8t arc furnace(the max. molten steel is 28t), one set 50t arc furnace, two 50t medium-frequency furnace and two sets 120t refining furnace, two sets 200t and four sets 150t travel cranes, 12sets vertical lathe from 2.5m to 8.5m, 8sets boring and milling machine which support us to finish the products from casting to finished machining. In 2014, we Haitai had produced more than 30,000t casting.We Haitai is equipped with advanced test equipment which mainly including: direct-reading spectrometer imported from German, ultrasonic defect detector, magnetic flaw detector, hardness tester, universal tensile testing machine, impact tester, metallographic analyzer for UT, MT, chemical composition, metallurgical structure, mechanical properties test and so on. A complete quality manage system has been built according to ISO9001 and we successi-vely get the approval of CCS, LR, (DNV.GL), ABS, BV, RINA, NK and KR.
