Co., Ltd. of today is the result of a major restructuring that the Group underwent in 2002 when the Group was fully incorporated in today's form. With IV.ST.AL. Co., Ltd. as the main holding company, the Group also includes: PROGAZ Handels AG (Switzerland) – trading company, S.A.I. Co., Ltd. (Moscow) – trading company, VA.AL. GmBH (Austria) – trading company.The main activity of IV.ST.AL. Co., Ltd. companies is the international physical trading in raw materials, such as:- metals, - concentrates, - sulphur and chemicals, - carbon and refractory products, - timber, pulp & paper products, - power cables, - cement and construction materials, - industrial equipment and machinery and many others for the wide range of different companies in many spheres.The major markets for the Group are China and Russia & the C.I.S. countries. In addition the Group exports various products of the Chinese and Russian origin to the USA, Europe and the Middle East. The Group's sales in 2006 exceeded 105 million US Dollars.The Group has representative offices in Moscow, Beijing and Vienna, employing about 100 people supported by a network of agents, representatives and distribution ventures in Finland, Turkey, Italy, S.Korea and the Middle East. The Group Companies are administered from Switzerland and Moscow.
