Inventia was founded in Milan (Italy) 2012 by Andrea Cinelli and we have developed the 'innovative Video Customer Engagement proprietary technology named "Inventia CONNECT". This Video Communication Technology is provided worldwide by the Inventia Cloud. Inventia serves customers worldwide and it was elected COOL VENDOR 2015 by Gartner. Inventia has also developed a range of Video Kiosks and Video Stations called "Fast" that allow you to enjoy all the benefits of technology Connect immediately. Some of these kiosks have become bank branches video assisted, such as real mobile phone video assisted shops video managed to replace all front desk operations in retail contexts. Our Kiosk are a mash up between a traditional kiosk and a vending machine and they always include 1 year or our Connect Video Service included by the Cloud.
