Your church has been selected to attend this first annual national conference, in accra ghana.

17th june to 19th june 2005.

Invitees are expected to sign and return acknowlegement forms to enable the organizers arrange and prepare for memebers. It is a non-denominational affairs except for purposes other than the one included in the programmer. You are also required to nominate other five persons to attane with you.

The conference which will have about two hundred people in attandance will provideyou with return ticket from a popular international carrier. Accomodation in a standard hotel is freely provided except where invitees decide otherwise. Visa arrangements are handled by the organizing committee. However invitees are adviced to send their information on time to the committee. Feeding will be provided twice daily from yur hotel at the cost of the organizers.

On response of this, other forms will be sent to you.

All applicants/invitees shall returm the acknowledgement forms with $300(us dollars) as processing fee to an account that will be provided later. No other payment/expenses is expected as the committee will provide transportation. Your earliest and timely reply to this will facilitate the approval and provision of your travelling document.

3. Sensitizing the church of god with the political instabilities in various parts of the world.

4. Come and see and conquer all the catastrophe that trouble the church of god in various continents.

Lectures will be entertained from ministers who may which to deliver such and must be suggested in advance to the organizing committee for consideraton and approval before time.
