Later on it became incorporated as IMPRESS TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED under The Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms as a Private Company limited by shares.

At this time IMPRESS is a renowned System Integrator and One Stop Solution Provider for Data Center Infrastructure, Power Supply and Fire Safety field in Bangladesh.
