Who We Are
HWK, INC in U.S/ contract Taiwan/China is a One-Stop Supplier for auto metal/Heavy Equipment parts, and is represented globally with Sales & Service locations in U.S trading company and over 14 countries on 4 continents. We work with all types of customers, from Tier 1 and Tier 2 of OEMs to Aftermarket customers and spare parts shops.


HWK, INC is a ISO9001 certified contract company with over 40 years of experience in the Metal Casting, Forging, Stamping, Machining, Heavy Equipment industry. Our major product lines are chassis parts, transmission parts, powertrain, suspension, and brake systems. We offer hot, warm, cold, and combination forgings, as well as upset forging. Besides forgings, HWK, INC offers castings (ductile iron/ gray iron, die casting, squeeze casting, investment casting, etc.), stampings & stamping tooling, fasteners, and forged & cast wheels.

Reverse Engineering CAD/CAM

We utilize Solid works, and Master cam. We maintain current versions of all software to ensure maximum portability of files from our customers, we can process just about any file, whether it be 2D geometry or a 3D file from Pro-E (IGS) to a vector/raster image from adobe. We can take your concept to drawing, and plot them out on 24" x up to 150' Drawings.

CASTING/FORGING/STAMPING Mold/Core Production
The molds are then designed, we work closely with the foundry's to get what you need the first time. Mold designs are produced, then they are transferred to our CAM system. We machine molds in a variety of materials depending on your need, cost, and other factors.

CNC Turning

We feature General CNC Turning, Twin Spindle Turning, C-Axis Milling and Y-Axis Milling, giving us the capability to machine secondary operations in one setup.

CNC Horizontal Milling

Allows very fast and efficient machining in many types of materials, with unsurpassed accuracy and speeds, this machine brings us to the edge of Precision Machining.

Our Vertical Machining Centers are a good combination with our Horizontal Milling capacity. Sometimes it is more effecting and cost efficient to machine parts on a Vertical Machine. With high speed contouring options and a high speed CNC connection, we machine various molds ranging from plastic to steel.
