　 Hunan Mornring Foodstuff Co.,Ltd, the first large-scale professional enterprise in China in production and sales of cereal foodstuffs, is the leading enterprise of the agricultural industrialization approved by the government of Hunan Province and the new & high-tech enterprise approved by Science and Technology Department of Hunan Province. The company was registered to set up in April,2001,now the plant is located in the Hunan High-tech Food Industry Zone. Construction of the plant was started in April 2001, the products were put into market in February 2002. The research institute of the company owns the advanced testing and analyzing equipments with a team of food researchers of bachelor and doctor degree. The institute has a very close cooperation with the experts and professors from Huanan Science University, Jiangnan University, Central China Science University, Hunan University, Hunan Agricultural University specializing in the study and research work of the nutrient cereal morning foods Top-ranking hardware 　　The initial investment is about 120 million MB, the plant occupies the area of 2.5 hectares with total construction area of 21000M2 . The production plant was constructed of the pre-engineered steel by the famous structure supplier, American Butler Co., Inc. The morning cereal food processing line of the first class level was respectively introduced from Swiss and France with full automation, compaction and adjustment. The annual capacity of the cereal morning foods is 20100 tons per year. One-up technology　　Continuous steam cooking and extrusion -the newest technology in food industry is adapted in processing with high temperature, high pressure, short process time, which effectively minimizes the loss of the nutrient ingredients. This technology also resolves the problem of coarse grains, so that they can be refined to be edible.
