Huangshi Huilong Special Steel Co., Ltd was established in 1996. The company is a high-tech enterprise and specialized in development, production, processing, and sales all kinds of Special steel. It has perfect production equipment, covering about all the processes and links, such as the Special steel smelting, Electroslag remelting, Forging process, Annealing, Mechanical processing and so on. We could produce one hundred kinds of steel, such as cold-working steel , hot-working steel and plastic die steel, high-speed steel, high alloy tool steel, stainless steel, more than 20 kinds of them are developed by our company with our customers together.
Our company has been updating the software and hardware facilities constantly since establishment. Active introduction of talents on the one hand, the main technical personnel such as production management, quality testing, chemical analysis are introduced from the technical backbone of the Daye special steel Co.,Ltd; on the other hand strongly introduced advanced production and inspection testing equipment, the microstructure inspection equipment. At the end of 2011, our company introduced direct-reading spectrometer of ARL3460 which is made by Switzerland. The spectrum with good stability, high accuracy which is considered to be a new breakthrough on the analysis of trace element and gas element.
Our company also have established a complete production process control system. Building process tracking cards on the procedure of Warehousing of raw materials, Smelting, Forging, Annealing, heat insulation and etc. In addition to this, also establish perfect production technology standards: Quality control on the whole process of production
