Our company is located in Nanhai District, Foshan City, established in 2001. Our predecessor is a factory which designs and manufactures plastic mould and die-casting. Started from 2004, we tend to be a professional producer of various aluminum alloy profiles and aluminum alloy products. Meanwhile, we also can provide professional design and customized process services of various aluminum products and sheet metal iron.
We have a professional and full experienced research and development group. They have the capacities to develop and produce different designation and gauges of the products. They are familiar with all kinds of mould design and manufacturing procedures and are proficient in the structure design and process of metal products. We provide very professional industrial design solutions for LED, stage lighting, security monitoring, car amplifier and public broadcasting industry. Our products are sold to Russia, the United States, Australia, Brazil, Taiwan and other countries and regions.
In order to provide exquisite products for clients, we have invested heavily in the equipment. We have imported original packaging AMADA CNC punch press from Japan, 15 sets of CNC machining centers and 21 CNC lathes. Among them, the mould workshop, CNC machining workshop, sheet metal workshop and surface treatment workshop constitute the comprehensive chain of mechanical process. At the same time, we are equipped with all kinds of electric spark machines, automatic sandblasting machines, wiredrawing machines and a complete set of anodic oxidation process system of aluminum alloy products, providing a powerful device support for the surface of the product with high quality.
