The shock-resistant heat sensor is embedded in each playerâs helmet and detects above-normal body temperature readings from anywhere on the playing field. Thermal alert signals are relayed to a branded or athletic trainerâs PDA in time to prevent deadly heat stroke or other associated heat-illness.
